It all started back in the 1930s when Anna Savarese Angiolillo became a cheese wholesaler in Brooklyn, New York. She built a successful business, The Italian Cheese Co., based on the quality and freshness of her goods as well as her dedicated customer service. Today we are proud to continue with Anna’s traditions, becoming a leading grated cheese and bread crumb manufacturer. 4 generations after Anna first opened her shop in Brooklyn, our family business is still inspired by her high standards and hard work.
