Baked Breaded Fish
  • 1 lb. Fish Fillets (Haddock, Sole or Flounder)
  • 1 clove Garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley
  • 1 cup Roasted Garlic or Italian Bread Crumbs
  • 1 cup Ground Peeled Tomatoes


Dip fish in bread crumbs, then place in lightly greased pyrex or corningware dish. Top with other ingredients with a few drops of oil. Bake at 375 degrees for 16 to 20 minutes.
