Gluten Free NY Style Breaded Chicken Cutlets
  • 6 Chicken Cutlets
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 3/4 Cup
       Michelle Farms
       Gluten Free
       Bread Crumbs


Beat egg and milk together. Dip chicken pieces into egg/milk mixture then into the breadcrumbs being sure to coat both sides. Bake at 400° for approximately 20 minutes or until each side is brown (or fry with cooking oil in stovetop skillet until golden brown on each side).

Start to finish: 30 minutes
