Anna Savarese Angiolillo became a cheese wholesaler in Brooklyn, New York and began selling cheese from a single shop.

1944
We began packaging ICCO Cheese products for sale at local supermarkets.

1958
Our first private label program is launched when we begin packaging Grated Parmesan Cheese for ShopRite supermarkets.

1962
We introduced our first line of ICCO Private Label Bread Crumbs.

1987
Installed a fully automated Fluid
Bed Drier System.

2002
Our commitment to technological advancements continues as we begin utilizing PETE (Polyethylene terephthalate) packaging.

2008
Formed our own Bread Crumb can in house to help promote and encourage sustainable packaging.

Developed Gluten Free Bread Crumbs

ICCO develops the first shelf stable Cotija Grated Cheese.

ICCO develops Non-GMO bread crumbs.
